Beauty in Bloom Mother's Day Makeover

Eligibility

The Project Beauty Beauty in Bloom Mother’s Day Makeover is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and who reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Method

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the nomination form in its entirety on the Project Beauty website.

Duration

The giveaway begins on April 17th, 2024 and ends on May 7th, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Prizes

Winners will receive a makeover at the JCPenney Salon (valued at $200), mini-services and beauty products (valued at $150), a gift card for shopping spree ($200 value), and a portrait session at JCPenney Portaits by Lifetouch ($185 value). The total prize package is valued at $735. 

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the end of the giveaway.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Conditions

Winners must be available on June 2nd, 2024 to attend the spa day experience at JCPenney Stonebriar in Frisco, TX. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes and Fees

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prizes.

Liability Disclaimer

Project Beauty and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for any liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prizes.

Modification or Termination

Project Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Project Beauty the right to use their names, likenesses, and/or submissions for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

Governing Law

The giveaway is governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to the giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
